The importance of magnetism?

Did you know that the use of magnetic therapy changed the course of History and that its therapeutic proprieties have been known since Ancient times?

Magnetism has been used for more than 2000 years by the Egyptian people, the Chinese, and by Europeans for about 40 years. For the past few years, the United-States have shown an interest and magnetic therapies have recently come to Canada.

In a 1958 Study, Dr. Kyoichi Nadagawa, a highly recognized authority in magnetism, declared that the continual deterioration of earth’s magnetic field, associated with the electronic and electric environments we live in, is responsible for the Magnetic Deficiency Syndrome. Symptoms include stiffness of the shoulder, back and neck, low back pain, chest pain, headaches, dizziness and general fatigue.

Magnetism is a form of alternate therapy that helps relieve pain caused by:

  • Arthitis;
  • Back aches;
  • Muscular stiffness;
  • Tendinitis;
  • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

The curative capacities of magnets are not only limited to articular or muscular pains. Here are some other properties :

  • Increase blood flow and oxygen-carrying capacity, both of which are basic in helping the body heal itself;
  • Activate metabolism;
  • Speed up bone healing process;
  • Stimulate the endocrine gland which secretes endorphin, our body’s natural morphine, allowing easier body movements. That means less pain, more movements and a better agility;
  • Improve body balance and stability;
  • Reduce numbness and swelling associated with hand, ankle and foot problems;
  • Stimulate our body’s self capacity to heal itself.

Athletes have been using magnetotherapy for several years to alleviate aches from tendinitis and other muscular conditions. This method also helps relieve pain from arthrosis, arthritis and polyarthritis as well.

The magnets themselves do not cure anything. They only stimulate the body to cure itself. If magnetotherapy is not a miraculous solution to all problems, it is nonetheless a serious path that Canada, after China and Japan, is now discovering.

Magnetism, is it for everyone ?

Magnetism is an entirely natural element and is neither magical nor medical. It simply allows body cells to remain under the best possible conditions.

However, the following precautions are essentials : do not use during pregnancy nor with a pacemaker.

The use of magnetic therapy should never replace treatments given by a qualified medical professional. Without saying that magnetism is the answer to all aches and pains, it is nevertheless an interesting natural alternative in enhancing our quality life.
